About the event
Please join us for an ecclectic evening of Capoeira music with Grupo Ondas, a providence based Capoeira dance and martial art school for over 30 years. Led by Silas Pinto, Grupo Ondas has been promoting and celebrating this rich black atlantic traditions that traces its roots in the libaration of Brazilian people.
We are thrilled that Grupo Ondas will join us to demonstrate and teach the basic of Capoeira to the community. Come ready to sing, dance and joy!
