The Alexus Lee Trio comes to Fleet Library!
Join us on Friday, January 19, at 6:00 PM for a live performance featuring the talented singer, songwriter, producer, and educator Alexus Lee accompanied by Devon Austrie on drums and Danny Got That Juice on keys. Fleet Library and PVD World Music together extend a heartfelt invitation to join us in the library's first floor "living room" as we co-host this first in another year of remarkable performances that celebrate the diversity of Rhode Island's population and its wide-ranging musical traditions. Free and open to the public!
About Alexus Lee:
On the stage, Alexus Lee dazzles audiences with her soulful storytelling, masterful vocals and infectious grooves. Off the stage she shares her love of music through teaching voice, piano, and songwriting and co-hosting The Hot 106 "Hot Morning Show with Mike D and Alexus Lee." Alexus’s four-octave range and commanding stage presence have carried her to countless cities, states, and countries around the world. The Berklee graduate has shared stages with world-class talents such as Mac Ayres, been featured in numerous online and print publications, and was nominated for Rhode Island Music Awards for "Best Vocalist" of 2022 and "Best R&B Act" of 2023. Her debut EP "Offerings" was released to rave reviews on September 1, 2023.
