About the event

We are kicking off 2023 with an amazing show at @farmfreshri this Saturday, January 14th. Come and join us from 9am to 12 pm while enjoying the beautiful and soothing voice of @alexusalee. Born in Providence Rhode Island, Alexus Lee was brought up in a musical family and expressed early aspirations for a career in music. Her journey began with piano, violin, and voice, the latter of which quickly became her primary love. Alexus’s 4 octave range, skillful ability for storytelling, and commanding stage presence, have carried her to countless cities, states, and countries around the world. She’s been blessed to share stages with world class talents such as Mac Ayres, and has also been featured in numerous online and print publications and was recently nominated for a Rhode Island Music Award for “Best Vocalist” of 2022. “Music has always been a form of therapy for me. It has been my confidant in the best of times and the worst of times. Wherever I perform is a safe space for people to come be healed. It’s a space of honesty, truth, love, and acceptance, which I believe the world desperately needs more of.” Thank you to the continued generous support from our winter series sponsor @farmfreshri @providenceact Live music 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Program Design: @ChanceHaki for  @pvdworldmusic Musicians: @alexusalee Danny Keys 2023 PVD World Music team: @chancehaki @redearthroses @joseto238 Mark Michaelson #pvdworldmusic #localmusicians#providence
